If you need to change the text of your Note after you had configured the TextSearch, you would need to make sure that these changes are not impacting the TextSearch.
You need to remember that TextSearch is built using unique text sequences. There are two possibilities for changing the text in the notes that would impact the TextSearch. Any other changes if the two explained below are avoided, would not impact the tagging. Thus with TextSearch you have all the liberty to add text as you require, as long it is not part of the text used for configuring TextSearch.
First one is when you are defining the Areas. If you change this text, which is mainly your note headers, please update this also in the Areas Sheet of the Excel Template.
Second one, when tagging more specific information, using the Notes Sheet, as above please make sure to also update the text in the Notes sheet.
