      What happens if I hide rows in the Excel template I use for conversion?

      If you hide one or more rows in the Excel template you upload as part of the conversion, they will not be read by our ParsePort Platform. As a rule of thumb, our system will only read and merge what is visible with an eye within the workbook IF included in the range of the simplified tag.
