Error explanation
This error is triggered when an Financial Statement Line Item in the Excel file is not found in our database. This can be due to a typo, but most often it occurs when you have new or modified accounts (lines) in your Financial Statements. These changes need to be reviewed and tagged by the ParsePort Technical Team.
Note: It is possible that new or modified accounts get mapped automatically, especially if the label in your report is a common one. These should still be checked by the ParsePort technical team to ensure the correct mapping was applied.

How to solve it - request Update Mapping from ParsePort (to tag your new or modified accounts)
Please send us your updated Excel template, with any new or modified accounts highlighted in yellow. We will review these changes and update our database accordingly. Please wait until your accounts are finalized to send us your template, so that we can make all adjustments at the same time.
For new or renamed accounts, please add or edit lines in the Excel Template. Highlight these new and renamed accounts in yellow and specify the type of change (New account/Name change), as shown in the image below:
If you have deleted accounts, you can remove them from the Excel Template without notifying us.
