How is our uploaded data stored?

All conversions are carried out in real-time and the converted data is only stored in a temporary memory storage. This means that no data is stored in the Platform, and after the 15-minute period it will be reset and flushed. This is a security measure, but it also applies if you have been inactive for a 15-minute period after uploading your files to the ParsePort Platform. In which case you will simply have to re-upload your files and continue where you left off.

If the conversion times out and the data is reset and flushed before you have downloaded the converted files, you will need to re-convert your files again in order to download the resulting iXBRL file (zip package).
