I haven't received the email to set up my login credentials, can I get a new one?

If you have already participated in the implementation and training session, but still haven’t received your credentials, please reach out to our support team at support@parseport.com, and they will make sure you get a new email with the corresponding link.

You will always log in to the Platform with the email address you requested to register for access. In case you forget your password, you can’t simply click on Forgotten password and re-initiate a new one.
