A user creation link for the ParsePort Platform is sent to you either prior to or after your onboarding session. If you have not received an activation email from us, please check your spam inbox. If the activation email still can not be found, please reach out to our support team at support@parseport.com, and they will make sure you receive a new activation email.
You will always log in to the Platform with the email address you requested to register for access. In case you forget your password, you can simply click on Forgot password and re-initiate a new one.
