Violation: “targetXBRLDocumentWithFormulaErrors”

This error means that the target XBRL document contains a formula which produces an error, for instance if your file gets the warning “formula:assertionunsatisfied”, then it will also receive a Violation: targetXBRLDocumentWithFormulaErrors.

This violation will disappear when you correct the error in question.

Continuing with the example above, if your report produces the warning "formula:assertionunsatisfied" because there is a missing element, simply adding the missing element in question will also remove the "Violation: targetXBRLDocumentWithFormulaError".

The violation in question is a blocking error, so according to the ESEF manual, you have to correct the error before filing.
