If you need to perform any adjustment in your notes, the only thing you need to be aware of is that the hyperlink is not affected and that it includes the new section of text added. How to proceed will depend on how you insert the hypertags.
If you have inserted hypertags in the source file, probably the hyperlink is embedded in the text block and adding extra lines and words will not affect the final PDF. However, if you include the hyperlinks in the final PDF, you will need to redo the hypertagging and make sure that the hypertag is correctly placed.In both scenarios, we highly recommend you to double check that the hypertag is correctly placed in the document. This can be assessed by converting both of your inputs with our Inspector tool and check the tagging under the 'Viewer' tab.
