The short answer: No. When you hand in your ESEF report, there can be some errors which are non-blocking, such as rounding errors or/and inconsistency errors. This, however, means that your published report might contain errors, which you do not want to broadcast to the average consumer.
Luckily, you need to view the file through a dedicated report consumption software such as the ParsePort Platform to be notified of the existence of these errors/warnings. So, anyone who accesses your report by downloading the xHTML version with the viewer embedded or PDF will not be notified of these errors/warnings.
Please note it is common to have some warnings in ESEF reports, however for consistent reporting standards it is always recommended to avoid unnecessary warnings and double-check validation, before publishing the report.
