When you have finalized your implementation process, including the training session with our CSM department, an automated email will be sent within the following hours and it will allow you to set up your portal access. Keep in mind that this process will follow automatically only if you have previously filled out the portal request form.

If you are an existing customer that have requested access through the request form, you should expect an automated email shortly. Please, remember to check your spam/junk folder in case our automated message ends up there.
If you have participated in the implementation and training meeting or you have requested access to the portal but haven’t yet received your credentials, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you as soon as possible.
