Warning explanation
This warning is caused by incorrect use of the "TRUE" value in the Skip Presentation Column (Column E) in the Notes tab of the Excel file.
The "TRUE" value in the "skip presentation" column is meant for elements that appear multiple times in the "Notes" sheet. Applying "TRUE" to a single-occurrence element removes it from the Presentation linkbase, which results in this warning.
-
How to solve it
- Open your Excel file
- Locate the "Skip presentation" column (column E) in the Notes tab
- Verify that "TRUE" is applied only to elements that appear multiple times
- For elements that appear only once, remove the "TRUE" value from the "Skip presentation" column.
- Additionally, if you have multiple identical elements in column A, ensure that they have the correct script in column F (Period 1). If the script is missing in column F (Period 1) for the first occurrence, you will receive an error message due to the presence of TRUE for the next occurrences.
