      This warning message is located in xHTML Check, and is linked to the Taxonomypackage Check warning ESEF.2.7.1.targetXBRLDocumentWithFormulaWarnings.


      • Warning explanation

      This warning message occurs when you have a discrepancy in values for an element that is used in a line item and also under a dimension member (header) in the Statement of Changes in Equity.


      In the example below, the Retained Earnings is a line item in the Balance Sheet, and as a header (dimension member) in the Statement of Changes in Equity, but the values are not the same, which triggers this warning. 

      • How to solve it

      This is not a blocking error, so it is possible to publish a report with this warning but keep in mind that different auditors and/or regulators may consider the validation differently.

      However it is possible to get rid of the warning by aligning the values:

      1. First, locate the affected numbers by going to the Viewer tab.
      2. Click on the ‘Highlight errors’ button.
      3. Find the two orange accounts.
      4. Compare the values. In this example one account is 31,425 and the other is 31,424.
      5. To solve the warning, the numbers for the two elements must be the exact same, so you'll need to change them in both the PDF/EPUB and Excel, save the changes and convert again.
