For security reasons it is not possible to set up a set of user credentials for a general email address such as office@yourcompany.com. This is in part due to the fact that we do not allow customers to share accounts between them, so each separate user needs their own account.
If you need an extra set of user credentials for the ParsePort XBRL Inspector portal, all you need to do is fill out the request form (ESEF option) and as soon as your petition is validated by us, you will receive an automated email to set up your portal access.
