When you open the html file in the 'reports folder' in an ordinary browser, it will look identical to your PDF, however, the viewer pane will not load. This is because it is not allowed to include a viewer file within the zip-package.
If you want to access the underlying taxonomy you will need to read the file through a consumption tool such as the ParsePort XBRL Inspector, where you can also download an XHTML viewer file. This viewer file should not be submitted to your local authority, but it is ideal for hosting on your website so users without access to an XBRL reader can access the taxonomy information.
